Month One: Envision
During the first month, we'll explore the possibilities of your idea through a thoughtful and playful process. Collaboratively, we'll streamline your goals to create a clear and focused path towards that unique product or service. By the end of the month, you'll have a well-defined plan of action for your one-of-a-kind vision.

- Discovery and visioning sessions

Month Two: Design
During the second month, we'll co-create your product or service with your community. Through early testing and iteration, we'll create something that is user-friendly, future-proofed, and true to your mission. By the end of the month, you'll have a design for your product or service that reflects your values, and that your community will love.

- Prototypes of your ideas
- Engaging user tests and feedback
- Scenario building and forecasting
- Finalized product or service
Month Three: Launch
In the final month of our program, you'll see the exciting process of launching your idea in the world. We'll develop a strategy that cultivates excitement with your audience. You'll also receive guidance on how to sustain your goals for the long-term. By the end of the month, you'll have successfully launched your idea and laid the foundation for years to come.

Pricing
$500 USD/mo for 3 months.
This includes all strategy services mentioned above. Some additional costs may be associated with setting up platforms, as well as extra design and service needs. But we'll work with you on that.

This program is not intended for large-scale tech products, or other projects involving a big team or longer timeline to develop. We expect you to be hands-on throughout the program.
There is no designated start date. We accept clients on a rolling basis.
